• E&O Insurance provided
• Your clients are yours, if you leave, you can take them with you. Pending transactions will be closed out with the brokerage & you are paid as normal.
• You get paid at closing on sales, leases are paid via Zelle after we receive payment.
• Any and all brokerage provided leads will be on a 70/30% split regardless of plan choice.

We're proud to offer the following commission plans with no additional fees of any kind. No desk fees. No technology fees. Nada. What you see is what you get.

Plan Option 1

• 100% Commission
• $1000 yearly fee due by June 30th. 
• $500 Transaction Fee
• CAP of 20 transactions
• Teams will receive a 10% decrease in CAP with each additional team member added.
• All leases $100 transaction fee
• Referrals out are 90/10% split

Plan Option 2

• 80%/20% Split
• No additional fees of any kind!
• Capped at 4 million in Gross Sales.
• Leases are 80%/20% split
• Referrals out are 80%/20% split
